This comprised securing a qualified operator at market rentals and favourable terms for the Lessor, and was achieved by identifying supply and demand dynamics and assessing the market rental. We also produced a market rental assessment, tender documents and identified suitable operators. The analysis of cash flows of competing offers and prepared/negotiated heads of agreements for lease allowed competitive negotiations.
