During the project set up and detailed planning stage, we utilise our expertise in reviewing and refining the brief, identifying and contracting suitable consultants, Development Programme, Resource Plan, Quality Plan, Risk Plan, Communications Plan and Procurement Plan.

Initial phase

  • Negotiate exclusive due diligence period, option or delayed settlement

Development Phase

During the development phase, we ensure attainment of target solutions through rigorous ‘hands-on’ management, attention to detail and continual client liaison. This comprises acting on behalf of the developer/asset owner to best secure a target result by devising and implementing strategies, and diligent execution of the action plan.
  • Appointment and management of the professional consultant team with respect to planning, site surveying, environmental site auditing, design and design development, layouts, legal quantity estimation and cost modelling requirements
  • Manage the DA submission process and motivate for early approval through pre-DA stakeholder consultation and diligent documentation.
  • Liason with local planning authorities regarding development controls and constraints, and negotiate best outcomes
  • Maximise assest potential in the design development strategy and ensure client submissions to council is reflected in the best possible light.
  • Co-ordinating and driving the development approval, rezoning or change of use process to achieve appropriate land use
  • Manage and expedite the construction certificate
  • Preparation of Tender packages and  manage competitive or negotiated  tender process
  • Manage the selection and specification process
  • Management of Progress Payments roles
  • Management of the inspections, reporting and rectification process
