Phillip Hoare – Director
Phillip is the founding partner of Palladium Property. He has fifteen years experience in the property and development industry, most recently managing the property advisory division of LandMark White (ASX listed property valuation/advisory firm).
Previous senior roles with Stanton Hiller Parker and overseas multi disciplinary property firm Boll Property Group (www.broll.co.za) in commercial/ industrial pre-leasing has provided excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Employment with JSE listed construction/engineering group Murray & Roberts Limited (www.murrob.com) has ensured well rounded property development experience.
Phillip has five years practice experience as a qualified architect across all property categories - a skill set refined with a Master of Commerce (Property Development). He is also a licensed property agent and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute. He has developed an extensive knowledge of current property market trends and an established network which he continues to update.

Andrew Quillfeldt – Assistant Property Analyst
Andrew has recently joined Palladium Property working in a team in various key property assessment, development and transaction projects. He is currently completing his Bachelor of Property Economics at the University of Technology Sydney having completed a Diploma of Real Estate.
Analysis of property transactions, property research, production of due diligence reports and information memorandums, managing appointed agents, co-coordinating property marketing, maintaining transaction and evidence databases are undertaken on a regular basis.
