Phillip is the founding director of Palladium Property. He has fifteen years experience in the property and development industry, most recently managing the property advisory division of LandMark White (ASX listed property valuation/advisory firm).
Previous senior roles with Stanton Hillier Parker and overseas multi disciplinary property firm Broll Property Group (www.broll.co.za) in commercial/ industrial pre-leasing has provided excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Employment with JSE listed construction/engineering group Murray & Roberts Limited (www.murrob.com) has ensured well rounded property development experience.
Phillip has five years experience as a qualified architect across all property categories - a skill set refined with a Master of Commerce (Property Development). He is also a licensed property agent, an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and a Green Star Accredited Professional. He has developed an extensive knowledge of current property market trends and an established network which he continues to update.

Cameron brings to Palladium Property extensive experience delivering complex mixed use schemes within the United Kingdom. Most recently he was a partner in a specialist design and management practice established to work in direct partnership with leading UK property developers.
His architectural background provides excellent knowledge of the complete development process from feasibility through construction and completion. His project experience has included high-rise and luxury residential, mixed-use, hotel, hospital and urban renewal.
Cameron is currently undertaking a Master of Commerce (Property Investment and Development) and maintains a keen interest in current design trends and ESD principles as a Green Star Accredited Professional.
