Palladium was appointed to assess the project and manage the DA submission process under existing legislation with National Rental Affordability Scheme structures. The role involved a comprehensive development management process, review of strategy, advice and management of valuation of adjacent sites for proposed acquisition, appointment and management of suitable consultants, coordination of pre-lodgement meetings and response and resubmission following a Deferral of Determination.

Advisory and Transaction Management

Palladium was appointed to assist in the subdivision process of a large residential site. Overall delivery included market due diligence identifying supply and demand factors, market campaigning and timely disposal of lots for the highest price, review of offer and negotiation on terms of sale and financial reporting to stakeholders leading to the successful disposal of all but one lot within the 12 month time frame.
