We research, identify and analyse suitable sites to suit the acquisition brief. To ensure the best result Palladium will also review rental/sales evidence and evaluate competing transactions. We will also structure and manage site disposals, co-ordinate and direct the tender, leasing and sales process.
- Develop an acquisition brief, research site alternatives, devise an acquisition plan, negotiate the purchase of suitable sites on structured terms
- Negotiate exclusive due diligence period, option or delayed settlement
- Devising a disposal or leasing strategy using an effective marketing campaign
- Identifying and sourcing suitable tenants prior to formal marketing
- Identifying/appointing suitable marketing agent(s) to ensure market presence
- Identifying comparable market evidence to secure most favorable terms
- Structuring tender or expressions of interest documents and/or heads of agreements
